The villa is set in a 1/2 acre plot and has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, furnished to the highest standard. The bedrooms on the first floor both have private balconies offering beautiful views over Navarone Bay and out to the Aegean Sea. The fourth bedroom is located in a seperate annex.
Ioanna boasts a large garden and patio area with stone built BBQ and dining furniture-perfect for al-fresco dining on the warm summer evenings!
Ioanna also boasts a private 9 x 5m infinity swimming pool with quality sun loungers and umbrellas surrounding.

Area Description

Ioanna is located on a very quiet development offering relaxation and tranquility. However, the villa is just 2km from the famous historical village of Lindos and just 3km from the very popular resort of Pefkos.
Lindos is the most photographed village in the whole of Greece. With its ancient white washed houses clinging to the hillside and the narrow cobbled streets impassable by cars, Lindos has retained much of its character over thousands of years. Overlooked by the magnificent Acropolis, perched high on the hilltop, Lindos is a very popular destination for both holiday makers and day-trippers, who visit the village to shop in the market.

Lindos has not been left behind, however, when it comes to giving visitors what they want- there are a plethora of shops, bars, tavernas, restaurants and even a handful of night clubs for those who like to party into the early hours.

Pefkos is a very popular destination for couples, groups and families. There are 2 beautiful sandy beaches and many shops, bars and restaurants to cater for any need.
Both Pefkos and Lindos have supermarkets, pharmacies and all other local amenities.

Ioanna is approximately 0.5km from the bus stop on the main route of the island. Just a five minute drive from the popular resorts of Lindos and Pefkos where taxis can be found at any time of day or night.
